According to the Oxford Dictionary, the definition of self-care is “the practice of taking action to preserve or improve one's own health.”

In other words, self-care means prioritizing your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health to improve your overall well-being... A.K.A learning to put yourself first, Queen!

We have developed the bad habit of wanting to associate self-care with being selfish, but it’s quite the opposite. Remember that you can’t pour from an empty cup, Queen. In order to become the best version of yourself, you have to intentionally prioritize making time for YOU.
