MelaZen, LLC is a wellness brand designed to help melanated queens find their zen by engaging in holistic practices, encouraging self-care regimens, and creating a nurturing community.
MEET THE QUEENS BEHIND MELAZEN
As childhood best friends we have experienced life's rollercoaster of ups and downs together. While battling our own journeys with stress and depression, we began to understand the significance of having a strong support system. As we researched coping mechanisms, we first noticed that we weren't alone. We found that black women are more likely to experience mental health issues, with research showing a continuous increase in occurrence. Second, we found that there was a lack of resources and platforms available to assist us in a holistic way. From our desires to bridge this gap, we created MelaZen, LLC with the goals of becoming accountability partners for, providing comfort to, and suggesting self-care regimens for others to implement during their personal journeys.

OUR MISSION
MelaZen strives share the importance of self-care, which has proven to have a direct impact on one's overall health and well-being. We are constantly reminded that we can't pour from an empty cup and hope to help other’s come to this realization as well. As we continue to grow and develop mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually so will MelaZen. With each lesson learned, we wish to share that knowledge with our MelaZen community through the implementation of additional products, services, and techniques.
